Do you only want to print out a couple of patterns, but still want to receive free shipping? Then combine your pdf pattern printing orders with those of your friends or your local sewing club and receive free shipping if the group order totals over 50 € OR printing of five or more patterns (mailed to one location).

Step 1) One person from your group should send me an email with the following information:

• Name of the Group (for example “Halle Stitchers”)
• First names of group members who will be placing orders (this will help me make sure that I put everyone’s orders in the correct box)
• Where should the package be mailed to?

I will create a group discount code that will tell my ordering system to give the users free shipping, and mail this code to the group organizer.

Step 2) The group organizer shares the code with everyone in the group. Each group member can place and pay for their order as normal and use the code to receive free shipping. To be extra helpful to me, please tell me your group name in the “order notes” field. I will check order names against the list of participant names shared with me by the group organizer, and once everyone has sent me their order, if the group order has totaled 50€ or more OR five patterns or more, I will printer orders and send the box to the address given to me by the group organizer.

Step 3) The group organizer receives the box and gives everyone their patterns. (Very important, I am not responsible for this part – by participating this group order you giving permission for your part of the order to be shipped to the address indicated by the group organizer).

FAQ

What happens if the final order total is less than 50 euros OR Five patterns?

I will email the group organizer to let them know. They can either figure out a way to reach the minimum required order (add more group member etc) or they can chose to pay the normal shipping costs.

Is there a time frame for placing orders?

Yes – preferably once one member of the group has placed an order, all other orders should be received within 7 days. This is not a strict rule, just remember that I am a one person shop and keeping track of partial orders over a long period of time benefits nobody.

Can groups use the code more than once?

Yes, once a group receives an order code they are welcome to place more group orders whenever they wish – I only ask that someone includes a note with first names of participants each time they make a group order so I can make sure that everyone’s order makes it to the box, and that someone confirms where I should mail the group box.
